The vase, with six molded leaves around the piece, measures 7 inches tall, 4 inches at its widest point, 3 1/4 inches at its mouth, and 3 1/8 inches at its base. On the base, there are the typical Hampshire marks, including the name of the pottery, the shape number 98, and an M in a circle, used from 1904 to 1914 and referring to Cadmon Robertson's wife Emoretta. The vase is in excellent condition, with only a small original firing line on the base (see photo 9) which does nothing to detract from the beauty of the piece.
