Vintage retro platinum 1.5 tcw diamond natural green tourmaline ring sz 8.25

Here is this very beautiful mid to late 20th century vintage platinum ring with a very beautiful 6.2 mm x 6.2 mm natural green tourmaline center stone accented by 17 baguette cut natural diamonds in a unusual and very creative design, gemstones seven carefully examined under magnification, the center stone is approx 1.0 ct with. 50 cts diamonds for a total carat weight of 1.50 tcw diamonds and tourmaline. The ring is marked on the inside of the band " 10% IRID ". This is a common platinum marking found on most vintage platinum jewelry, Irid stands for the word iridium and is the base metal used with platinum. So whenever you see that marking it is a 90% platinum ring. This ring weighs 7 grams and it is a size 8.25. It measures 13 mm north to south on the top and please study the photos and see this unusual design, it is thick and sturdy with beautiful gemstones in excellent vintage condition ready to be worn.
